This Fair Usage Policy explains the reasonable and responsible use of services provided by Qavsa Studio.
Qavsa Studio provides website development, e-commerce solutions, booking systems, POS systems, custom software, ERP solutions, and other digital services. This policy is intended to protect the security, reliability, and availability of our services and the systems we develop or manage for our clients.
1. Acceptable Use
Clients and users are expected to use Qavsa Studio's services responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and project requirements.
Our services must not be used in a way that could damage, disrupt, overload, compromise, or interfere with the security or availability of our services, third-party services, or systems operated by other users.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using services provided by or developed by Qavsa Studio:
- Illegal Activities: Using our services or systems to conduct, facilitate, or promote activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Malicious Activity: Attempting to introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, malicious code, or other harmful software into any system.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, databases, APIs, or other resources.
- Security Abuse: Attempting to bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, conduct unauthorized penetration testing, or interfere with system security without prior authorization.
- System Abuse: Using services in a manner that intentionally causes excessive load, disruption, or degradation of system performance.
- Spam & Abuse: Using systems developed or managed by Qavsa Studio to send unlawful, unsolicited, or abusive communications.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Uploading, publishing, or distributing content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.
- Fraud & Deception: Using our services to impersonate individuals or organizations, conduct fraud, or deceive customers or other users.
- Unauthorized Resale: Reselling or redistributing Qavsa Studio services or proprietary systems without explicit authorization or an applicable reseller agreement.
3. Reasonable Use of Resources
Certain projects may rely on hosting platforms, cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, storage services, communication providers, or other third-party resources.
Usage must remain within the limits and terms applicable to the relevant project, service plan, hosting environment, or third-party provider.
Excessive or abnormal usage that significantly impacts system performance, causes additional infrastructure costs, or violates third-party service limits may require additional resources, configuration changes, or adjustments to the service.
4. Third-Party Service Limits
Some functionality provided through Qavsa Studio projects may depend on third-party platforms and services.
These services may impose their own usage limits, quotas, rate limits, storage restrictions, or acceptable use requirements.
Qavsa Studio is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, outages, or changes imposed by third-party providers. Where possible, we will work with clients to identify reasonable alternatives or solutions.
5. Security & Responsible Testing
Security testing, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, automated scanning, or other activities that may generate significant system traffic must only be performed with prior written authorization from Qavsa Studio or the applicable system owner.
Unauthorized security testing or attempts to exploit systems may be treated as a violation of this policy and may result in immediate restrictions or termination of access.
6. Client Content & Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, data, documents, images, software, and other materials they provide or upload are lawful and do not infringe the rights of others.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that their use of websites, applications, e-commerce systems, POS systems, and other digital solutions complies with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that a client or user has violated this Fair Usage Policy, Qavsa Studio may take appropriate action based on the circumstances.
Possible actions may include:
- Requesting that the activity be stopped or corrected.
- Issuing a formal warning.
- Temporarily restricting access to affected services.
- Limiting or adjusting resource usage.
- Suspending or terminating services where necessary.
- Taking further action where required to protect our systems, clients, users, or comply with applicable laws.
8. Emergency Actions
In situations involving an immediate threat to security, infrastructure, data, or the availability of our services, Qavsa Studio may take temporary protective measures without prior notice.
Where appropriate, we will work to restore affected services and communicate with the relevant client regarding the situation and any necessary next steps.
9. Policy Updates
Qavsa Studio may update this Fair Usage Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, third-party providers, or applicable legal requirements.
